Depending on the Services made available to you, our Platform may provide access to investment opportunities and financial products, which may include fixed income securities, treasury bills, bonds, commercial paper and other investment products that may be made available from time to time.

The availability of any particular financial product or Service may depend on your eligibility, applicable laws and regulations, product availability, risk assessment, KYC requirements and other applicable conditions.

Where a financial product is issued, managed, administered, held, settled or otherwise provided by a third-party financial institution, investment manager, fund manager, broker, custodian, issuer or other service provider, the terms and conditions applicable to that third party or product may also apply.

Nothing contained on our Website shall constitute an unconditional offer, solicitation or guarantee to purchase or sell any financial product unless expressly stated and permitted under applicable law.

Eligibility

You must satisfy the eligibility requirements applicable to the Services you wish to access.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering for an account, applying for a financial product or using our Services.

Certain financial products may be subject to minimum investment requirements, age restrictions, residency requirements, suitability requirements, regulatory requirements or other eligibility criteria.
